What will you do?

  • Develop and implement a business development plan linked with customer intimacy by selling industrial products and technical solutions.
  • Identify needs and target customers, visiting clients and prepare appropriate reporting
  • Answer tenders by adapting commercial offer to the needs
  • Prepare business proposals and close sales in connection with Sales Manager
  • Follow up and develop existing accounts
  • Retain existing accounts by developing the sales generated by each customer
  • Regular follow up of the needs expressed by the customer
  • Manage and coordinate the administrative part (billing, credit management, reporting to sales management etc.) with the customer service advisor dedicated.
  • Achieve sales targets of the region such as volume, gross margin, overdue %
  • Comply with Company’s EHS policies and environmental commitments and also guide the customers with these policies and commitments.
  • Use CRM as a tool for managing customer and portfolio development.

What do we look for?

  • Key experience in metalworking / metals or lubricants industry.
  • University degree in Engineering & Business administration
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
  • Problem solving capabilities and resilience – understands TCO approach.
  • Experience of steering with sales projects for (global) customers.
  • Well documented sales records: Focus on customer intimacy in conjunction with sales growth
  • Comfortable with IT tools : Excel, PowerPoint, CRM,
