What will you do?
The Administration and Booking In Clerk will report to the Administration Manager and involves working in a fast paced production environment, maintaining and updating the Job Database. You will also be responsible for monitoring our environmental policy, whilst working to ISO 14001:2004, ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 45001 company standards.
- Maintain and update the Job Database.
- Maintain office files and documents.
- Upload incoming customer purchase orders onto production system – Fleet.
- Compile customer quality packages.
- Assist in compiling quotations to customers, while liaising with Internal Accounts Manager.
- Carry out basic customer Order contact review
- Acknowledge customer purchase orders by appropriate communication method.
- Ensure customer purchase order requirements are communicated to the appropriate person
- Complete coating reports
- Assist in ordering consumables and materials from approved suppliers
- Assist in maintaining ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 certifications
- Be responsible for the Health and Safety, in your workspace
- Liaise with the Administration Manager and Production Manager as required and undertake additional duties to fulfil the operation of the business as required

- Technical Drawing experience and reading engineering drawings would be an advantage.
