The successful candidate will be expected to support our Fluid Management and services business, whilst also growing our equipment sales. As the role develops, the individual will be expected to work closely with our commercials sales team, generating new business opportunities, leading to sustainable long-term growth consistent with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Working with the sales team to support our Fluid Management and Services business
Develop and implement strategic business plans for equipment and services (Fluidcare) that will generate growth, increase market share and achieve company sales and gross margin targets.
Working with the commercial teams in the region, identify new opportunities in the targeted market segments
Prepare and create customer presentations, proposals and commercial offers that demonstrates the benefits of Quaker Houghton’s Solutions based approach with a focus on Fluid Management services and equipment
Coordinate and manage full turnkey projects from initial concept through to execution and delivery
Working with Distributor partners, create and execute business plans
Line management responsibility for Fluidcare site teams
Develop and maintain a close working relationship with key equipment suppliers
Initiate and support specific equipment campaigns, assisting with the creation of marketing materials, business plans and customer sales visits

What do we look for?
Formal qualification or background in engineering, equipment maintenance or service support.
5+ years of industrial experience – ideally within the metalworking/lubricants environment
Excellent training and presentation skills
English language skills; written and spoken.
