Business Support Administrator

What will you do?

  • Raising and issuing Purchase orders to internal (QH) and external suppliers (contract manufacturer) in accordance with local procedures and company policy.
  • Support the clearance of all custom related activities working with third parties.
  • Monitoring stock levels at external warehouse including support of stock taking duties.
  • Arranging distribution operations for import goods and customer shipments.
  • Placing customer orders and update customers with delivery information
  • Assist investigation of complaints
  • Preparing customer invoices
  • Record KPI data
  • Outbound customer shipments
  • Label and shipping documentation generation
  • Cover for in bound receipting, pick list generation

What do we look for?

  • University Degree
  • Experience of SC and/or CS role
  • Previous work with ERP system preferably Navision
  • Competent IT skills in Excel and Outlook
  • Business English
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Good planner and attention to detail
