What will you do?

  • Manage the team to ensure market leading service
  • Leading in the development of people in the team
  • Responsible for compliance of the processes according to SOX
  • Identifying, managing and implementing ongoing improvement processes and cost savings opportunities
  • Cooperate, collaborate and communicate daily with customers, internal departments and affiliates
  • Manage the preparation all required documents to customers
  • Ensure that EMEA/local Supply Chain is informed on all details enabling in time planning
  • Manage all Requests for quotations
  • Ensure compliance to the execution of commercial SLA’s
  • Prepare reports and perform analysis on KPI’s
  • Act as back up to colleague CSR’s

What do we look for?

  • Bachelor level degree or equivalent (ideally).
  • 5+ experience in a comparable position in an international industrial environment with a successful and proven track record of the Senior CSR role
  • Builds Talented Team – Creates a high performing organization by having the right people in the right places
  • Proven process improvement background
  • Excellent training and presentation skills
  • Dutch and English language skills; written and spoken.
