You will be part of an international team that is responsible for the soluble cutting oil development for the EMEA region.
Develop and improve chemical products used in a variety of manufacturing and mechanical systems
Act on the existing products portfolio reacting to external events – raw materials shortage, legal new requirements
Investigate applicability of new and alternative raw materials
Design, develop, and implement specified tests and determinations
Select and execute analytical tests
Determine performance characteristics of competitive products
Clearly and orderly record all observations and data
Develop, improve and execute test methods
Provide technical service and knowledge to customers and sales
Provide assistance to manufacturing in order to improve the quality and efficiency
Train and guide more junior level chemists, lab technicians and trainees
Comply with all EHS regulations and Sustainability Company goals

What do we look for?
Bachelor or masters – ideally in Chemistry or Chemical related subject.
3+ years of industrial experience – ideally within the metalworking/lubricants environment
Proven process improvement background
Excellent training and presentation skills
German and English language skills; written and spoken.
