Develop and improve chemical products, complying with all applicable regulations
Investigate applicability of new and replacement of existing raw materials
Carry out clearly specified tests and determinations, in order to support customers and sales team
Determine performance characteristics of competitive products
Clearly and orderly record all observations and data
Develop or improve test methods to enhance R&R, efficiency and field performance predictability
Provide assistance to manufacturing
Maintain good lab practice at all times
Around 50% will be bench based with 50% preparing reports, presentations etc.

What do we look for?
Minimum MSc in Chemistry related topic, preferable PhD.
Must have 3+ years of work experience in industry; ideally a similar or related field.
Ideally a background in Ester based industrial oils.
An understanding of Industry 4.0
Fluent English; written and spoken
A positive, inquisitive and independent mindset.
Good Microsoft package skills are essential
