What will you do?

  • Provide tactical and operational support to all the EMEA Commercial teams on execution of all aspects of commercial pricing and contract policy, and specific pricing decisions and initiatives.
  • Lead and align the EMEA Pricing team to the new business model while ensuring their development, engagement and performance to achieve a pricing excellence culture and elevate customer satisfaction levels.
  • Support proactively via price management tools to aid Commercial teams with decision making to maximize revenue and profit across all channels and segments in the region.
  • Identify and lead the development and deployment of improved pricing policies and procedures to be used by e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance and Leadership.
  • Develop and measure Pricing and Contracts KPI’s.
  • Ensure multi-site support on RFQ, price book, contracts life cycle review and other related tasks.
  • Collaborate with other teams such as Sales Backoffice, Strategic Pricing & IT, to develop an optimal pricing process and data management.
  • Develop and manage pricing reporting ensuring updates that support Commercial teams herein.
  • Manage, revise and implement EMEA pricing DoA where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, DoA and company quality standards and procedures.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Experience: The ideal candidate will provide management level experience in a similar role where pricing expertise in close partnership with the commercial area and effective team leadership skills are key to success.

          Any additional training needed, will be provided.

  • Languages: English professional level spoken and written is a must.
  • Soft skills: Customer focus, Team-player, Strong Communication skills, Flexibility, Proactivity and High Safety conscious. Safety is at the core of our culture.
  • Location: Ideally based in Barcelona, Spain or Manchester, UK.
