What will you do?
-
Ensure sustainability and drive for continuous improvement in the Ultraseal Germany sites, service centers mainly catering the automotive market.

You will engage with office, manufacturing and lab teams based in our 5 locations to promote and elevate our EHSQ standards.

Work closely with the EMEA EHS Manager, Site Managers, local EHS champions, operational teams, external firms, contractors and be a hands-on person in constant communication with the shop floor.

Provide EHS knowledge, guidance, coaching and training to establish a positive progressive EHS culture. Act as a key resource for EHS training.

Investigate Incidents, near misses, hazard identifications and ensure appropriate root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented.

Perform and/or coordinate internal and external audits, tests & inspections to ensure EHSQ standards and regulations are met.

Support and implement corporate EHS programs and systems.

Travelling within Germany 40%.
What do we look for?

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in the Environmental, Health and Safety discipline. Any additional training needed will be offered upon onboarding.

Language: German & English professional level; written and spoken.

Location: Based either in Mettmann, North-Rhine Westphalia or Landshut, Bavaria area. There is homeoffice flexibility.
