Establishing clear lines of communication and reporting to Rolls Royce key contacts on a weekly basis.
Identifying potential problems and giving solutions.
To develop, review, and update appropriate risk assessments and safe working practices.
To increase health and safety awareness.
To assist in safety audits both QH & Rolls Royce to Improve and enable compliance.
To coordinate the training of personnel in areas of safety and updating training matrix’s accordingly.
To implement the Health and Safety Policy both QH & Rolls Royce.
Responsible for the management and administration of the contract.
Ensuring the day to day contract requirements are met.
Attend on-site operational meetings.

What do we look for?
At least 2 years management experience
Background in a relevant area such as engineering or mechanics.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
Full UK driving license
