The Product Engineer will report to the Operations Manager owning the delivery process for all product orders, including procurements, planning, production, testing and installation
- Direct responsibility of on-time on-budget delivery of all product orders
- Coordinating with function heads to organise all delivery activities
- Identify and coordinate engineering change requests and product improvements.
- Manage the product life cycle
- Maintain and communicate related product technical documentation, that covers the whole design package, BOM, manuals… etc.
- Provide engineering product support, especially during design, installation & commissioning phases
- Support the planning and programme of new installations and upgrades
- Act as the central point, internally and externally, for all product related topics
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by a Manager of the Company.
Essential Qualifications & Work Experience
- Minimum qualification of OND/HNC or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience with CAD software
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proven experience in the engineering field
- Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- An awareness of Health and Safety regulations is required
