The Production Planner is a key player in a team effort to create a highly efficient production process in a customer-driven environment. This is a great opportunity to join us at a time when we are investing in strengthening our market position.

What will you do?
- You will work closely with managers, team members and other stakeholders to identify the production needs and help create a high-quality, high-efficiency production workflow for our Uithoorn Quaker Houghton plant.
- It’s a day-to-day challenge where communication and organization skills are key in order to have an optimal production plan which also meets our customer’s high standards in terms of product quality and lead-times.
- Manage local inventory for both on-site and external warehouse.
- Communicate needs, issues or expectations to all departments involved to nurture supply chain process improvement.
What are we looking for?
- Experience: At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
We are looking for a teamplayer with a growth mindset. Any additional training needed will be provided by our Supply Chain senior experts.
- Languages : Dutch & English professional level spoken and written is a must.
- Soft skills: Great Time-Management skills, Customer focus, Team-player , Strong Communication skills and High Safety conscious. Safety is at the core of our culture.
