What will you do?

Responsible for supporting the customers in the area on all fluid related issues and supplying the relevant data required. Promote Quaker Houghton in front of the customer and help Houghton expand the duties into other area of the business.

  • Managing own activities to ensure that Houghton provide a quality service in line with contract requirements and in order to meet business targets (if applicable)
  • Run the service accounts in accordance to the contract agreed
  • Ensure all reports and data are kept up to date
  • Identify site requirements, provide solution and where possible suggest ways of continuously improving the services provided to the customer by Quaker Houghton plc.
  • Plan, develop and implement in respect of objectives and accountabilities
  • Ensure site processes are applied in a consistent and pro-active manner
  • Build customer relations with key contract managers whilst achieving site, individual and company objectives.
  • Promote Quaker Houghton profile on the customer site
  • Ensure all of Quaker Houghton owned / loaned equipment are kept in suitable condition for the environment.
  • Ensure all duties are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Make sure all Job Task Risk Assessments are kept up to date and used for all duties
  • Manage the stock in a cost effective way to support production and minimize the cost to Houghton
  • Carry out efficient journey planning for serviced visits.
  • Encourage and improve customer/ company relations
  • Record and report all relevant test results and report to the customer and Technical Account Manager
  • Provide engineering support to the Strategic Account Manager and Regional Fluid care Manager
  • Liaise with appropriate Head office personnel to support customer demands.
  • Meet all criteria set by the Regional Fluid care Manager and Strategic Account Manager
  • Communicate to customers the results & recommendation obtained from product analysis
