What will you do?

Coordinate and support execution of supply chain activities for our two manufacturing plants in Barberà del Vallès and Santa Perpètua de Mogoda.

Optimization of the supply chain processes while guaranteeing high standards.

Create analysis tools, statistics and reports to control and improve operations.

Ensure performance of logistics partners such as transportation, warehousing, contractors, etc.

Work closely with key stakeholders such as Sales, Customer Service or Finance and other departments to ensure alignment to company goals.

Manage the shipping, production planning and warehouse teams, ensuring their wellbeing engagement and performance.

Support Site Manager, EMEA Supply Chain Manager or Central Team on projects, budget creation and overall KPI reporting.
What are we looking for?

Experience: At least 5 years' experience in a similar role where team management, Supply Chain expertise, Lean Manufacturing and 5S are key to success. JD Edwards knowledge is highly valued.
Any additional training necessary will be provided.

Languages: Spanish & English professional level spoken and written is a must.

Soft skills: Customer focus, Team-player, Strong Communication skills, Flexibility, Proactivity and High Safety conscious. Safety is at the core of our culture.
