We are currently recruiting for a Sr. Analyst II, Supplier Sustainability and Diversity that will be primarily responsible for the implementation and management of supplier sustainability and supplier diversity. The role will work with and through external providers for scoring as well as improving scores that fall below our expectations.
At first onset, you will be responsible for creating processes and procedures pertaining supplier sustainability management. Later, as our maturity level increases and as the industry standards evolve, it is expected that the holder of this position will constantly review and refine processes and procedures.

What will you do?
Be responsible for developing and documenting processes and procedures for Supplier Sustainability and Diversity Management.
Responsible for managing the relationship and data flows with external providers
Manage all aspects of our QH sustainability scoring program, using industry and QH best practices
Liaise with internal stakeholders such as the QH Corporate Sustainability team, Buyers, Procurement management, EHS.
Partner with coordinating diversity, socially and environmentally responsible sourcing, and engagement of historically underutilized businesses
Work with and advise buyers on competitive bids.
Database maintenance / (Power BI Tool; SharePoint)
Analyze data and prepare reports such as spend distribution with suppliers meeting defined sustainability scores
Report out to Procurement leadership and Sustainability Team status of supplier sustainability ratings and progress to sustainability goals.
What do we look for?
Bachelor’s Degree Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar business related field
Must have equivalent experience in procurement, managing competitive bidding processes, contracted service delivery, vendor relations, and client satisfaction
Experience with Procurement as well as managing a supplier sustainability program or equivalent is preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and programs at a time and balance competing priorities
Well-developed leadership, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Products.
