Identify and execute best in class solutions supported by information technology for Supply Chain end-to-end programs across the region. Reporting to the Operations Director, EMEA you will assess the current SC process with a real focus on strategic improvements, which will be implemented across the EMEA region.
Spearhead the Supply Chain organization across EMEA in line with the QH values – currently circa 150 people (functional and matrix)
Redesign of existing supply chain processes and organization and implement improvements by providing greater visibility of the end-to-end supply chain performance and integrated planning. This will need a more developed application of information technology.
Determine and execute the regional SKU policy together with Sales & Marketing.
Develop, implement and measure (KPI’s) a regional production allocation strategy that ensures the product portfolio is produced at the lowest possible costs, including responsibility for toll-manufacturing contracts.
Create annual budgets and KPI’s for freight, packaging, warehousing, and tolling and to regularly update the involved stakeholders.
Manage the cost of non-quality (poor inventory, re-works, waste of products and time and inefficiency).
Manage optimal product allocation management over the plants in consultation with local plant/site management.
Manage all tolling & consignment contracts in the region.
Manage a sales & operations planning process that prevents (unexpected) stock-outs, improvement of forecast accuracy and supports production efficiency in consultation with Sales and Marketing
Develop product categorization and inter-company ordering procedures to support stock management. Share best practices with other regions.
Periodically tender packaging, transport, external warehousing, toll-manufacturing and other logistic activities

What do we look for?
Experience in supply chain management, S&OP process, ERP process management to the level norm at a Master degree program. APICS and SIX SIGMA certificates are desired.
10+ years of experience working and managing supply chain projects within B2B.
Regional footprint experience
Previous experience in digitization for SC.
Proven process improvement background
English language skills; written and spoken – German would be beneficial.
