As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will perform routine accounting duties within the Accounts Payable function to meet priorities and achieve deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other finance systems as assigned
- Handling accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors
- Processing Travel & Expense (T&E) claims, including reviewing supporting documentation and liaising with the commercial team and other departments
- Responding to vendor queries and internal requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing vendors
- Maintaining and organising the company filing system
- Ensuring invoices are processed and paid accurately and on time, in line with departmental procedures
- Investigating and resolving issues related to invoice processing
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (essential)
- Experience:
- Previous relevant experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across departments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and organisational skills
