Job Responsibilities/Activities:

Ability to perform all duties of a Blender Assistant when assigned.
Operates process control systems including PLC’s, mass flow meters, pumps and scales.
Provides neat, thorough and correct completion of all batch related documentation.
Maintains statistical process control (SPC) charts and records operational data as directed.
Completes accurate documentation and reporting of inventory movement.
Loads and unloads raw materials and finished goods.
Assists with batch investigations and other special projects.
Draw samples and test  for specific gravity, chemical characteristics, pH levels, concentrations or viscosities, and send to  Lab for QA testing
Read production schedule and batch tickets to determine items to be produced and filled
Inspect equipment to detect leaks and malfunctions and initiates corrective action. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment.
Other related duties, where qualified, as assigned by Supervisor.

Education, Experience and Training/Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Must meet all Blender Assistant competencies and qualifications.

A minimum of three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficiency in all blending areas required.
