Business Development and Product Application Manager - Forging & Heat Treatment

As the Business Development Manager / Product Application Manager for Forging & Heat Treatment in ASEAT you will develop new business opportunities by focusing on our Forging & Heat Treatment products and services achieving year over year growth consistent with the company’s overall goals and objectives in Southeast Asia.

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans that will generate growth, increase market share and achieve company sales and gross margin targets.
  • Support commercial team to find out and funnel good prospect forging & heat treatment business opportunity.
  • Identifying new opportunities and accounts in the targeted market segments and establish programs and relationships to create product and service demand.
  • Support team leader to develop the forging &heat treatment product family and manager the forging & heat treatment product development with the market conditions
  • Prepare and create customer presentations, proposals and commercial offers that demonstrates the benefits QH’s solutions based approach can offer.
  • Work closely with related teams to prepare and create good value proposal for customer to demonstrate Value Proposition.
  • Coordinate and manage full turnkey projects from initial concept through to commissioning.
  • Have rich forging & heat treatment application experience to support commercial team during the whole process.
  • Aids in the transfer of technology and best practices through all the organization, and conducts internal training and customer presentations
  • Attend and participate in conferences and trade shows as appropriate
  • Utilize CRM to manage business and daily activity properly.

 

What do we look for?

  • Education: Degree or recognized qualification in Chemistry, Engineering, Sales or any business-related area
  • Experience: 5+ years’ experience of forging industry knowledge and product chemistry; 5+ years proven Business Development experience in related market
  • Languages: Fluent English and Thai are a must.
  • Location: Remote role within Thailand or Indonesia.
