The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within targeted manufacturing and industrial segments. This role promotes the company’s portfolio of products and solutions to expand market presence, build strategic customer partnerships, and deliver profitable revenue streams aligned with corporate objectives. The incumbent applies strong commercial and technical acumen to develop compelling business cases and value propositions that support sustainable growth and competitiveness.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years' proven commercial track record in the metalworking industry. Preferably coming from lubricants, grease, coolants or any other similar industrial chemical market.
Education: Mechanical, Metallurgic, Chemical or relevant engineering degree is highly valued.
Languages: English at a professional level is a must. Local language skills are highly valued
A dynamic professional with excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to build strong trust-based relationships with the key stakeholders.
