About the Job
An excellent opportunity to join the EMEA EHS team in a position where you will be able to engage with production, office and lab teams to promote our EHS standards to ensure sustainability and the drive for continuous improvement.
This role will support our manufacturing operations in Barcelona area and our in-house technicians based at our customer sites in Spain. As the Barberà del Valles site is SEVESO and ISO 14001 certified, the position requires strong knowledge of industrial and EHS legislation, hazardous materials management, and risk control in chemical-handling environments.
Safety is the core of our culture. You will be key in engaging with all site staff, ensuring adherence to EHS standards, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting European-level initiatives that drive innovation and exceed customer expectations.
The position requires travel across customer sites in Spain, depending on business needs.

Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree is a must. Advanced certification, additional specialized environment and safety education is desired but not required.
Technical skills:
Language: High-level Spanish and English (spoken and written)
IT skills: MS Office, MS Teams, O365; ability to learn new systems quickly (e.g. Nintex)
Location: Ideally based in the Vallès area, Barcelona. Willingness to travel across customer Fluidcare sites in Spain - driver's license required

Una excelente oportunidad para unirse al equipo de EHS en Barcelona (EMEA) en un puesto clave que te permitirá dar soporte a los equipos de producción, oficinas y laboratorio, impulsando la aplicación de nuestras normas de EHS y contribuyendo a la sostenibilidad y a la mejora continua en todas nuestras operaciones. Este puesto brindará apoyo en materia de EHS a nuestra planta de Barberà del Vallès, así como a múltiples instalaciones de Fluidcare en toda España.
Dado que nuestro centro de Barberà cuenta con las certificaciones SEVESO e ISO 14001 y 45001 el puesto requiere un profundo conocimiento de la legislación industrial y de EHS, la gestión de materiales peligrosos y el control de riesgos en entornos de manipulación de productos químicos.
La seguridad es el pilar de nuestra cultura por lo que es clave para interactuar con todo el personal de las instalaciones, garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de EHS, identificar oportunidades de mejora y apoyar iniciativas a nivel europeo que impulsen la innovación y superen las expectativas de los clientes.
El puesto requiere viajar a las instalaciones de los clientes en España, en función de las necesidades del negocio.

Es imprescindible contar con un grado universitario en ciencias o ingeniería, así como titulación oficial en PRL. Se valorarán certificaciones avanzadas o formación especializada adicional en medio ambiente y seguridad, aunque no son requisitos obligatorios.

Nivel alto de Español e inglés (Hablado y escrito)
Competencias informáticas:
MS Office, MS Teams, O365; capacidad para aprender nuevos sistemas rápidamente (p. ej., Nintex)
Ubicación:
Preferiblemente en el área del Vallès (Barcelona)
Disponibilidad para viajar a los centros de clientes Fluidcare en España — se requiere permiso de conducir.
