EMEA Commercial Operations Specialist

As a EMEA Commercial Operations Specialist you will focus on ensuring high quality customer documentation, master data, offers and pricing data in our systems in order to facilitate a smooth order entry and invoicing process that is adhered to corporate guidelines. You will play a key role in the team effort to continue to exceed customer expectations.

 

What will you do?

  • Cooperate and collaborate daily with internal departments and affiliates. Your key stakeholders are Customer Service and Sales.
  • Prepare all kind of documents for customers or sales team by gathering the required information from the involved associates from different departments.
  • Ensure up to date and high-quality customer, resource and/or pricing data in systems and tools.
  • Manage Prices in systems and tools: ensure correct, on time, offers, up to date prices, uploading of prices in ERP, close collaboration with the pricing team, send regularly or on request price expiration lists to Sales management
  • Perform Mass replacements
  • Collect and provide MSDS and TDS to customers / internal departments.
  • Maintain up to date work and customer instructions, policies & procedures.
  • Register all type of commercial Contracts in tools and systems. Ensure compliance to the execution of these contracts.
  • Monitor and archive the correct Delegation of Authority (DoA = approval levels).
  • Ensure AUDIT compliance (SOX, Finance, BSI).
  • Support audits (internal and external) according to the latest Customer Service Group Matrix.
  • Act as back up to colleague in the department and participate in process improvement projects.
  • Measure your success with a set of KPIs related to response time and quality of work.

 

What are we looking for?

Preferably 2-4 years of experience in an equivalent position in an international environment where demonstrating excellence in customer service levels is key for success.

Languages: Must be fluent in and English and German (verbal and writing).

Location: This is a hybrid role based preferably at our Uithoorn, (Netherlands), Dortmund (Germany), Mozzate (Italy) or Krakow (Poland) sites.
