About the Role
You’ll work closely with the Site Manager and Supply Chain team while leading and developing a high-performing team of nine colleagues, making a direct impact on operational excellence and long-term site performance.
Location: Parque Industrial Mitras, calle Beta 8023, C.P. 66023, García. Nuevo León
What will You Do?
- Lead and oversee the Engineering & Maintenance function for the site
- Manage and develop a team of 9 colleagues (engineering, facilities, and technicians)
- Drive a preventive maintenance culture to ensure equipment reliability
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to Maintenance and Facilities
- Manage external vendors, including site security and service providers
- Participate in investment planning and CapEx strategy
- Lead capital projects end-to-end (budget, timeline, execution)
- Monitor and optimize departmental costs and KPI’s
- Champion a strong safety culture and safe working environment
What Are We Looking For?
Education:
- Degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or related field
- Safety-first mindset
- Strong leadership and service orientation
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
- Collaborative, hands-on, and results-driven approach
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as Manager or Head of Engineering/Maintenance/Project Engineering
- Proven experience leading capital projects and equipment installation
- Strong people leadership experience
- Vendors & contractors management
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
- KPI’s management
- Continuous improvement methodologies
- Project management
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish
