Fluidcare is Quaker Houghton’s on-site service offering that supports manufacturers by ensuring that industrial fluids and related systems are clean, well-maintained, safe, and performing optimally. This includes activities such as fluid maintenance, system checks, cleanliness standards, and technical support that help our customers’ production run efficiently and reliably.

What will you do?

Lead a team of support operators to ensure our products are working under the best conditions, with tasks such as:

  • Proper maintenance and operation of equipment and products
  • Ensuring that our lubricants, greases, coolants, cleaners, and other industrial fluids required for the manufacturing process are in optimal condition
  • Acting as a representative of the Site Manager, including communicating with all stakeholders
  • Close and ongoing communication with internal Quaker Houghton teams and key contacts at DANFOSS
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the areas where our products are used
  • Compliance with all quality, safety, and environmental requirements
  • Performing administrative tasks and accurately entering data into Quaker Houghton systems
  • Close and ongoing communication with internal Quaker Houghton teams and key contacts at DANFOSS
  • Warehouse and Inventory Management

 

What are we looking for?

F U L L  T R A I N I N G  W I L L  B E  P R O V I D E D.

  • Experience in team leadership or personnel management is desirable (regardless of industry)
  • Completed technical or vocational qualification (e.g. in an industrial or technical field)
  • Previous experience working in an industrial environment
  • Soft skills: strong safety awareness, initiative, team player, good communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Conversational English
  • Proficiency in IT systems and common office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
