What will you do?

 

As an HR Advisor, you will act as a hands-on HR partner, supporting both office-based teams and operational functions such as Supply Chain and Laboratory.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees
  • Managing employee relations matters, including absence, performance, and disciplinary cases
  • Supporting recruitment activities in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and external partners
  • Acting as a key point of contact for a diverse workforce across different employee groups
  • Advising managers on Dutch labour law and internal HR policies
  • Collaborating with the Works Council
  • Reviewing and updating HR documentation, including the employee handbook
  • Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance structure in documentation and practices
  • Contributing to a positive employee experience by being a visible and approachable HR partner

 

What are we looking for?

  • Approximately 5–7 years of experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, HR Manager, or similar role
  • Strong, practical knowledge of Dutch labour law
  • Experience working with a Works Council
  • Experience supporting operational or manufacturing environments is an advantage
  • A hands-on and pragmatic approach, with the ability to manage operational HR topics independently
  • Confidence in working with a variety of stakeholders in a constructive and professional manner

 

Language skills:

  • Dutch and English (professional proficiency)

 

Ability to work onsite regularly in Uithoorn.
