Job Summary
The Packager will perform tasks involved in the production of Quaker Houghton products. This includes filling, packaging and palletizing grease according to written specifications. All Packagers must follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe.
What will you do?
- Create labels and stencils from the information provided on work orders.
- Code Boxes
- Able to work on several systems based on label type and requirement.
- Trouble shoot printer issues.
- Good Communication- Email etiquette.
- Internal and external communication with customers.
- Maintains a clean and safe workplace.
- Forward thinking – team work.
- Identify Process issues/gaps.
- Establish resolutions.
What do we look for?
- Advanced education or skilled training preferred. Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.
- Requires strong basic math skills. Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Candidate must be comfortable working in a factory environment which could involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The environment in the factory can reach extreme heat in the summer.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency requirements, the expected pay rate for this position is $18.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
This position also qualifies for full benefits.
