Regional Sales Manager

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full Quaker Houghton business portfolio across the North 2 territory, including key and strategic accounts. You will drive growth by expanding existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new customers and segments within Delhi, Haryana, and Rajasthan.

You will also actively support strategic change management initiatives within the commercial organization, helping teams adopt new ways of working, strengthening go-to-market effectiveness, and ensuring successful execution of transformation priorities. What will you do ?

  • Lead and grow our full Quaker Houghton industrial fluids portfolio across Metals, Metalworking, Operating Solutions, and Advanced Solutions.
  • Drive profitable territory growth through both strategic account expansion and new customer acquisition
  • Take ownership of key and strategic metalworking fluids (OEM/Tier) accounts, building long-term partnerships at multiple levels
  • Coach and inspire a team of account managers, fostering a high-performance, customer-first culture
  • Apply value-based selling to deliver measurable improvements in customers’ productivity, cost efficiency, and sustainability
  • Stay ahead of market trends, machining challenges, and competitive technologies to position winning solutions
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term business
  • Play a key role in commercial transformation and strategic change initiatives, shaping how we go to market
  • Partner closely with technical experts to deliver innovative fluid solutions and superior service outcomes
  • Ensuring to meet the guidelines of the organization through proper Code of conduct, professional behaviors at every levels of interactions, communications (internally & externally) thereby building the Quaker Houghton Brand value in the market place, ensuring a good, safe, principled, ethics oriented Work Place.

 

 

What are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, Chemical or any related subject.

Experience: The ideal candidate will have senior level experience and sales expertise in the industrial fluids, tooling or a metalworking industry related field within the North India region bringing excellent knowledge of the automotive part metalworking manufacturing process and techniques. Preferably knowledgeable in metalworking fluid.

A dynamic technical sales professional with excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to build strong trust-based and value added relationships.
