As Sales Administrator, you will work as part of the Customer Support team in Ultraseal, you will be offering administrative support in Customer Service.
A key role in our company goal to continue to exceed customer expectations
Tasks
- To process customer orders in accordance with Quality Processes.
- Completion of Contract Review Process.
- Maintaining and processing Ultraseal Consignment Stock Customer Agreements plus Customs Database encapsulating Imports, Exports and PVA reports, .
- Supporting Commercial Team in generation, recording and preparation of quotations.
- Distribution of MSDS as per customer requirements.
- Compliance with all site EHS and Quality Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of GCSE’s in Maths and English required.
- Extensive experience in a similar sales administration role.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft office.
- Experience of using Sage 1000 preferable.
