What will you do?

 

  • Provide effective leadership, input, and direction to commercial sales team to achieve sales objectives
  • Ensure sales personnel develop effective relationships at all levels of the customer’s organization, assuring customer satisfaction
  • Establish, negotiate, and monitor industry profit and growth objectives in accordance with budget targets
  • Develop and monitor accurate commercial sales revenue forecasts and other reports as required for the team and team members annually and as needed
  • Implement and drive best practice in sales techniques, develop customer presentations, proposals and commercial offers that demonstrate the benefits Quaker Houghton ‘s solution based approach can offer to meet the customers expectation
  • Monitor and report sales forecasts and changing ordering patterns
  • Determines and assigns responsibilities, resources, and other criteria needed to accomplish business objectives
  • Develop your team, ensuring that a talent pipeline exists within the functions.
  • Ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Monitor the sales activities of competitors and reporting where required
  • Ensure CRM utilization and integrity
  • Collaborate with Indirect Channel Management Team / Business Development Team / Key Account Management Team to implement designed business plan, to make sure business requirements are being met for local customers
  • Comply with all Company Policies: Safety, Code of Conduct and T&E compliance ; Work in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Work in compliance with quality, environmental, occupational health and safety laws and regulations. Control and ensure that no pollution in the workplace.

What are we looking for?

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing or business development within relevant industry segment
  • 5+ years of experience in people management
  • Bachelor’s Degree or recognized qualification in Chemistry, Engineering, Sales or any business related area.
  • Working experience in metal working related field such as die casting, machining, cutting tools, CNC equipment sales are preferred.
  • Proficient in English & Thai (written & spoken).
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self own a driving license and vehicle
