Position Summary:

This position is responsible for providing superior product application knowledge and support to the frontline sales and business development teams and customers. The Sr. PAS position requires outstanding relationship building and regularly exceeds customer expectation. The Sr. PAS also provides global technical support if necessary

Job Accountabilities:

  • Provide very specialized knowledge of specific process and application expertise at the customer site
  • Provide technical support to the sales force, handle technical product application-related problems escalated from the field, and work closely with sales/Key Account management teams.
  • Develop and implement guidelines regarding equipment and test methods consistent with best practices.
  • Recommend and facilitate improvement initiatives and total cost of ownership projects.
  • Provide Technical support to Key Accounts. Manage product performance and line optimization
  • Partner with FI teams to recommend and install equipment to monitor chemical consumption and usages
  • Generate reports and technical audits/surveys of product application and customer process related items as required.
  • Comply with all Company Policies: to include but not limited to Code of Conduct and expense reporting, etc.
  • Ownership of individual development plan (IDP) as agreed upon with direct line manager.

Education, Experience, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Chemistry, Engineering or any relevant business related area and/or technical certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in area of focus; MWF/Metal etc.
