We are currently recruiting for a Site Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day supply chain activities at our Uithoorn site. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing production scheduling, logistics, warehouse operations (internal and external), and supporting tolling partners. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused operations, while collaborating with central and regional supply chain teams.

What will you do?

• Manage operational flows for the Uithoorn manufacturing site, tollers/contract manufacturers, and external warehouses.

• Coordinate team leaders and department coordinators to ensure procedures and standards are followed.

• Drive performance improvement by analyzing KPIs and cost/value metrics.

• Support the Site Manager with budgets, reporting, and local projects.

• Collaborate with regional and central supply chain teams to implement best practices and align ways of working.

• Ensure compliance with SHE standards and local regulatory frameworks.

• Oversee logistics partners (transportation, warehousing, contractors) to guarantee service quality and efficiency.

• Act as a key interface between production, sales, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

 

What do we look for?

• Background and direct experience in supply chain management.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Training or knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and related methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to set priorities and take initiative.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset; customer-oriented approach.

• Proficiency in ERP system (JDE experience would be a strong bonus).

• Very good command of English (Dutch will be a plus).

• Certifications in continuous improvement (e.g., Green Belt Six Sigma, APICS, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
