About the Job

We are currently seeking an (Interim) Supply Chain Project Manager/Analyst to support a strategic restructuring and transformation project within our EMEA operations.

Based in our regional HQ in Uithoorn, this role is critical in driving the delivery of a high-impact supply chain transformation initiative. You will bring structure, insight, and execution to complex projects, working closely with site leadership and planning teams in an international environment.

What will you do?

  • Lead and drive supply chain restructuring and transformation projects across EMEA
  • Structure and coordinate project activities to support delivery against timelines and objectives
  • Analyse supply chain and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making
  • Translate insights into actionable plans and support implementation across sites
  • Facilitate change management activities, helping stakeholders navigate transformation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including site management, planning, and operations) to deliver project milestones
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and optimize performance
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships across a diverse and international stakeholder network

 

What are we looking for

  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Planning
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading transformation, restructuring, or change initiatives
  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with complex datasets
  • Experience with ERP systems, Excel, Power BI, and data management tools
  • Knowledge of change management and continuous improvement practices (Lean Six Sigma is valued)
  • Experience within manufacturing environments (such as production, engineering, or chemical sectors)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders across functions and geographies
  • A proactive and structured approach, with a focus on delivering results

 

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field

 

Languages: English at a professional level is required.

 

Location: Based in or able to commute to the Uithoorn area, with willingness to travel to other sites in Europe.
